I do think I kind of cheated on this weigh in, because it was right after I got back from my run this morning, and I hadn't had breakfast at this point yet, but hey, that's what the scale showed a few times so I'll take it!
100.2 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
