Back on track! I went to Zumba this morning and it was no joke. I fear I'll be sore in the morning, but it's worth it! Everyone have a fabulous week.
113.9 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 25.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
