been so busy I don't have a ton of time to fixate on food. Helping out a lady who has a small dog that loves to play ball constantly, so I have been bending over 3-5 times a minute for at least 20 minutes 6 days a week and throwing the ball I alternate arms too.
129.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 56.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.2 kg a Week
