Happy with the measurement his week. 38.25" which is down from the 44" I measured in at on March 21. (And the 222 is down from the 247.5) So I may not have my 6-pack yet, but I'm getting closer!
100.7 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
