Up and down, up and down.... spring classes are over and finals are done, so time to get back in to fitness more. I have set a schedule to make time for workouts again and my son wants to work out with me too. Time to get him out of bed for a morning walk before work. :)
86.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
