Well, the actual weight is finally going DOWN again! Whoopie! Along with the waist size! I'm actually getting a "wrinkle" at least where I used to have a waist! So that's progress!
85.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
