32.7% body fat.
I skipped supper and got drunk. Not a sustainable weight loss strategy, but it had been a couple weeks since I'd had more than one or two drinks a day. And I have results. I don't know how long I will keep the fat off, but I'm going back to my regular nutrition and exercise program today.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
