You are doing great! I just discovered a great bread that has NO sodium in it it is called EZEKIEL 4:9 and is made from sprouted grains. Only place Ii found that sells it is Kroger in their organic section, it comes frozen. It is made from like 5-7 different grains and comes in a "low sodium" which is ZERO sodium or in regular which is only 80 mg of sodium but it still LOW compared to most breads. I'm kind of stuckk too...doing well on the sodium part but eating too many snacks after supper....and now the doc has finally gotten me to agree to take a medication for my cholesterol which is slightly high, but not too bad...Niacin, which is actually Vitamin B-3, it causes hot flashes, but not as many risks as the statin drugs so will see if that will make a difference.

Thanks for the encouragement! And I will definitley have to try that bread. I know how the whole cho,esterol thing is. I just went to the dr's and after two months of taking cholesterol medicine (lipitor) she decided to take me off of it because my blood work came back so good. I'm just taking it one day at a ti e and keep trying my hardest to limit the sodium. Doing pretty good otherwise.
