started taking Ozempic on Saturday for my diabetes. hopefully this med works better than the others.

90.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 4.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've been on ozempic for a month now and I decided to track food as well. that way it's not just the meds making me loose weight. hopefully it'll work good for u.
