good morning! work was crazy last night! had to get the store ready for audit so we were super busy on top of regular stuff! i was sooooo tired on 2 hours sleep! but its done and hopefully all will go well. heading out to see mom at hospital and see how she is doing. then work at 2pm! been eating crazy combos of food because of hospital/work schedule lol but im trying to get the calories in. At least the scale is going down and not up. Sadly I havent been able to walk at all but eventually it will work itself out.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
