Personally I only weigh in once a week - I do "jump on the scales" every morning, but ignore everything but my body fat % and visceral fat readings. My "poundage" i Do on my wii every Monday and then update FS. Hope you mum Is ok

i like weighing everyday because i find the whole process fascinating. the flucuations dont bother me because i understand the reasons behind them. as long as im working the plan im feeling good. when i work late and eat late i know my weight will be up in morn and down in afternoon. its opposite on off days. i love looking back and seen where ive been. it is very satisfying and encouraging. and thanks for words about my mom. she is working hard at getting better. we have hope!
