well stayed the same even though i had the plain mcdonalds double cheeseburger (no bun!). got my son looking for some work out bands for me! gonna find some weight training dvds today. need to find things i can do at home because i have a crazy schedule plus mom.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have some resistance bands, which i use for my wii "personal trainer" exercise game. There are lots of routines on the web, if you look.... Most are on YouTube, so they are videos. I have been looking 'cause I want to take them on holiday with me, for when I get bored sunbathing. :-). There are different types, of bands the best ones have various strengths and something called an eight band (think that's what it's called). It is smaller and you can put both your feet in and do some good leg exercises. Unfortunately I have only just found that out, so haven't got one like that. Good luck with your search.
