That's a huge change in just 4 days. I guess you could say I'm still on a plateau if all you look at is weight, but I dropped over 4 lbs of fat in as many days.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
