someone noticed my weight loss for first time! woohoo! great motivation! im going up and down a pound the last few days but holding steady! i have raised my cals to 1200 to keep from losing weight too fast. i was averaging 3 lbs per week and want to slow it to 2 per wk if possible. we will see!
74.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
