heading to work! will be back after 4pm. going to see mom tonight to help her pack. she is leaving rehab 2moro! woohoo! on to the next phase for her. hoping she can manage in her new place (my sisters basement) but its a whole apartment so she can have her independence still but NO DRIVING
72.1 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

14 pounds is a stone? who knew? lol. im sure i will go up and down a bit. thats my usual pattern, but im glad i saw it there. i checked it 5 times lol
