Today I had for breakfast a blueberry muffin with coffee (no sugar). I have the flu today, but will still exercise a two mile jog :) Even on bad day's I will still exercise at least 40 minutes. Had some 50 percent less sugar orange juice for lunch to help with the flu. Hope I will get better fast to workout my usual two hours :(
