walked this morning about 50 minutes. working at 2pm. everything going well diet wise. if im not working thursday night (im supposed to be off) im going out for a neices birthday dinner at Cheddars. I googled and there is ZERO NUTRITION INFO ON CHEDDARS....ARE YOU KIDDING ME, CHEDDARS? please, work on this! the reviews on Cheddars are awesome. but we need info! im gonna do my best and will probably go with tilapia or shrimp to play it safe. but i sure would like some solid info to go with to make a good choice.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Cheddars? Never heard of it, although....sharp cheddar is my favorite cheese, it's right in front of feta! lol

i am in louisville, ky...we have a couple here. u can look it up on the internet....the food is fantastic! and i love cheese too, my favorite is havarti
