finally home! worked at 4:30 am (hate it) and was super busy. but glad im home...so tired im gonna take a nap! walking later. the weather is cool and breezy but sunny. i like it! Took a greek yogurt (im addicted to Oikos Honey), an orange and some Vanilla Chai Tea so im starving!

Im excited with my results concerning 70 to 100 grams protein each day. I feel great and not so many ups and downs with my weight. I read somewhere that your body either doesnt turn protein into fat or it will use the protein last after the carbs and fat maybe. Im not sure. Either way i like the way its working. Plus i still get my carbs that i like!

67.6 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Working weekends sucks! Enjoy your nap! I went for a walk today. I wanted to buy some peanut butter that you can only get in some places. Because it is sunny, I decided to walk. When I was finally back 2 and a half hours later, I checked the route on a map. 4.8 miles round trip! Plus carrying a kilo of PB...lol. If it's sunny tomorrow, I will just go to the park.

i do the same thing. I walk places i always drove to before. the other day i went to pick up a prescription and forgot to drive! just started walking lol. but im glad for it. its much healthier. maybe our legs will start showing some muscle definition. that would be nice!
