good afternoon! working at 2! so off to work soon. went for a walk and getting my food ready for tonight. im planning on the cheeseburger guy to come in but bringing my pb on wheat bagel just in case he brings the fried chicken sandwich! i do look forward to the cheeseburger(no bun!!!). it is delicious and not something i will get for myself.

this sunday is my vacation to laurel lake with my two sisters and im in charge of the menu thank goodness. they dont want to mess up my diet. My skinny sister (the one i say has fat in her muscles lol!) and my baby sister are both trying to eat better. K, the baby, has already lost over 20 lbs and is doing great. T. the thin one, is trying but not so much lol. she is getting a little pooch in her tummy and is panicking. im telling her to start now so it doesnt look like she is pregnant soon (she is 50 yrs old!) anyway, we are looking forward to it and will start planning this week.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
