Cold, wet and the wind is picking up a bit. autumn is definitely here! Its one of those misty rains that you cant see but u can feel it on your face. took my umbrella and out i went. walked about 5 miles so im pleased as punch. stopped in a Dicks Sporting Goods on my way back and checked out all their workout equipment.

working at 2pm today so hopping in the shower then getting my food ready for work.

I enjoyed a nice walk too once I calmed down from my spoilt run. And when you're properly dressed, it doesn't matter how bad the weather is. A nice day to you too.
