good morning! feeling good! got some sleep. work went well last night. wasnt too hectic. hired someone new and will start training next week. so that will help cut back on having to work so many hours for all of us. havent had a chance to grocery shop (yikes!) so kind of scrounging around for my food. Just this and that i have hanging around the house. had to run many errands today but glad they are done. planning on grocery tomorrow.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
