Awesome Morning! Had a crazy work night. All the adults dressing up for their Halloween parties and acting like crazy people. Glad I got through it without too much trouble.

It is going to reach 62 here today and the sun is already coming out from behind the clouds. My sis is coming over to hang with me and will probably stay overnight. I will talk her into a walk and hopefully she will be able to keep up lol.

Made chili for Jenn (coworker) and I for work last night as the cheeseburger guy is still out of town. I mean really, how long is he gonna be away!

My work schedule got all flipped for next week. One of our dayshift girls is starting a second job and needs to work nights now. so, im going to days next week with the exception of Monday. this is crazy although im not unhappy about it. It just messes with my routine once again! I am used to working two mornings and two nights at 10 hrs per day. This past week it has been all nights and now next week all days!
Gotta love it lol!

I did get a small break. My 18 year old just let me know he is going to get a tattoo next week with a buddy and not me! WooHoo! I dont have to get one till December now! I think these joint tattoos is looked upon by my son as a bonding experience for us but i wasnt quite ready. I have one small tattoo already that i got in Gatlinburg on my 50th birthday when i was drunk but this time im gonna have to be sober!

Staying on track with my diet after the pizza episode and the vodka on vacation. The scale is still my friend and im feeling good! I have fallen in love with my walks. They make my heart happy. I really miss them when i cant go. I squeezed it in yesterday between my run to the grocery store and making chili for work. It just lifts my spirits.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have a couple of tattoos and both were done while sober I wish they could have been done while drunk! I'm glad that things are going well for you. I hope your work schedule won't mess you up too bad. Good luck.
