working days this week. maybe next week too. I brought stuff to eat but got busy so forgot until 1pm. Ate my yogurt then and my almonds when i got home. will do better tomorrow. Dan is on his way home and will walk with me tonight. we will do 5 or 6 miles. Making some kind of chicken and pasta dish tonight for my son and i will have a teeny tiny bit of that but will pick up a salad and add chicken to that for me.

Wore sons Colts Jersey at work last night for Halloween (it fit!) It was one he has had since grade school, so that made me happy. small things that are really big things mean a lot
