ok, here is the thing...when i eat pizza, i lose weight lol. everytime i eat a slice i worry about it and the next day i lose a pound. i have no idea what that is all about.

last few days have been a little hectic. ive been getting a lot of things done plus working days.

my youngest son and i went to applebees and i had the oriental chicken salad which was awesome (worried about the cals on that too) but it didnt have a negative effect on my weight. Im learning i can have a higher calories meal on occasion. Apparantly this is something im going to learn over and over again because i worry about it every time lol.

Today my youngest(18) is also playing basketball and im off so i will get to see him play. He said his team will get crushed but he loves playing and is getting experience too. Its always good to play against those who are better than you so you can elevate your game.

Got a load of firewood in so im ready to light my fireplace! Im so excited about that. I love reading by the fire at night, especially if its snowing! No chance of that but it will be great just the same.

This past month, after measuring myself, i lost inches in my waist, belly and hips. (woohoo!). Last month i lost a little all over. I read somewhere that you lose first where you gained it last and the process just reverses itself. I have no idea if this is true or not.

Bette Davis said "getting old is not for sissies" and i agree with her (being 52 and on my way there) but i must add neither is losing weight :)
65.3 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Maybe when you have pizza you increase your calories slightly.... Or maybe you are extra careful on those days to eat within your calories.... Who knows..... Glad you are eating out occasionally - enjoy it - you can't be worried all the time about the calories. After all this is a "lifestyle", so things like eating out are part of that lifestyle. :-)
