off today! lots of rain here and will probably rain all day and night. will spend the day organizing closets and drawers and such.

saw 141 again on scale. weighed a little bit later and saw 142. it is perfectly normal for my scale to change every time i weigh lol. so i am going with the 142.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
