I got my goal for the month. yippy!!!! Next is another 10 by 8/1. My next big goal is to be under 300 by my 50 th birthday on 10/5.
147.4 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
