Went to the doctor today for a recheck on my knee arthritis and I have lost weight! I am so happy that keeping track of what I eat seems to be helping me. No breakfast today, so I could have bloodwork done at doctor appt.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
