Banana Oatmeal Cups

Mini oatmeal muffins with banana, walnuts and chocolate chips make a great breakfast treat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Mash bananas.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, except chocolate chips. When mixed well, add chocolate chips.
  3. Line 12 muffin tin or spray tins. Fill batter in each, filling full.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the edges just start to brown and are firm to the touch.
  5. Note: based on a recipe from Greenlitebites.com.
