Seasoned Zucchini

Make a simple, healthy side-dish from leftover zucchini.

Directions

  1. Chop zucchini into bite size pieces. Pour into a large ziploc bag.
  2. Sprinkle the zucchini with steak seasoning and red wine vinegar.
  3. Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  4. Ready to serve.
