I used fat free greek yogurt instead of heavy cream. More nutritional. And put it over whole wheat pasta. I really liked it but my husband didnt love it. He says I am a great cook and it wasnt my best. So since it wasnt a win for everyone i gave it a 3. Regardless of what he thinks I would make it again!

Don't use the pasta - eat it plain, or over spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles.
