- Microwave cauliflower in 8" or 9" square microwaveable ovenproof dish on high for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until topping is golden brown.

I was a little "eh" about this recipe at first because I don't like velveeta. But, my roommate begged me to make it for him. I am so glad I did! Amazing!!
