Fruit Custard

A healthy and tasty dessert.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Take milk in a pan and bring it to boil.
  2. Add cardamom seeds and a pinch of turmeric for colour. Let the milk simmer for 2-3 minutes then add chopped almonds to the pan.
  3. Add honey to the milk and give a stir. Remove the milk from heat and let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, grate 150 g of apple with skin, and chop 50 g of apple in small pieces.
  5. Take the grated apple and cook it on low heat pan for 2 minutes, till the water of apple evaporates a little. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  6. Mix grated apple, pomegranate, and chopped apple pieces with the milk.
  7. Add more honey if required. Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours and it's ready to serve.
