artinya kalori terbakar lebih besar drpd kalori masuk, bagus dong..bb bisa turun. kalori yg masuk boleh aja ditambahin asalkan ga melewari 100% AKG. yg 94% udah oke tuh.. yg bagus kalo bisa memenuhi 90-100% AKG 😁
