Yum! what type of "cracker" is that?

Mauk Family Farms Wheat free crust...is what it's called, but its basically a big cracker. At least that's how I use them haha. Its made out of sesame, sunflower and flax. I get them at Sprouts. 5 net carbs, so its a little on the carby side, so I just eat one.

@lvlaw11, thats a soft blue cheese I bought at the liquor store (gourmet shop). @anytimenow, also my favorite one is Flackers, they have 1 net carb per serving. so much fiber and they are entirely made from fat burning flax seeds. You might want to try those too! (also at Sprouts)
