It's bit complicated, i am doing carb cycling 3 days no carb 3 days low carb and 1 day high carb day, with chalorie deficit. 30 - 40 minute running in morning and weight training in evening. On no carb day i cosume only 30gm carb from veggies, on normal carb day oats wheat roti which is approx 120gm carb, on high catb day i consume 300 gm carb. With protein and good fat.

I quit sugar completely, no outside food, no carb at night in suplement only whey multivitamin and fish oil

will u pls tell me: If i made 4 scrambled eggs and 4 eggs ommlete which has high carb?

Fat has 9 chalorie per gm so, in omelette obviously your going use some oil which have high carb. Try to eat egg without using any oil butter or anything. Then in whole egg it have 74 chalorie and in 4 egg white you got approx 84 chalorie.
