Working hard today to stick with the plan. water, water. more water. Arrived feeling depressed here, of course, since now every day will remind me that I don't have my old assistant anymore. Very sad to lose a great guy - I couldn't even say more than one sentence to his wife on Sunday at the wake. January birthdays are going to kill me. Chocolate cake out on the sharing table two days in a row, and a party last night. At least the party last night had a really good cake. Another birthday on Saturday. That will be my carb day! Bought a shed for the back yard, hope it doesn't snow before I can build it. I'll empty the pod and then get a garage later. Unpacking - I was optimistic but just extended the rental on the crates, which is pretty motivating to get them empty! Happy Tuesday!
