January report: Lost 4 pounds in January 2020.
February plan: Sticking to the "crash diet" but not going crazy as I do have a huge desire for salty snacks daily. Going shopping for salty snacks that are on the diet. Going away with The Guy for Valentine's weekend so looking to lose 3 or 4 pounds over the next two weeks which will involve serious discipline. Then a one week break and then back to the crash diet for another 6 weeks which should get me to another weekend away down into the 140's. This is what I tell myself.
Mindfully eating although not always on plan, drinking a lot of water, getting some exercise - this is what I am doing to meet the goals.
Still unpacking! It took me a year to pack up so why am I surprised at how long it is taking to unpack?
