Soup looks amazing too.... Yeah kimchi can't find it here. Have to try to make it one day. The green is seaweed? Right?

Yes, it is a seasoned laver (seaweed). Taste of sea. 😋. All instant food today because I became lazy and there has been storm outside ⛈ Koreans in Germany buy Korean food in Asian market as I heard. There may be something similar in France I guess. I got about 10 kg of kimchi made in November last year, and every week, take 2-3 leaves of cabbage with broth per week. It can last whole year until it is made again before winter. 🥬 ⛄️

Live seaweed... Lol well am ina small hown more like a tiny one 😋😋😋😋no Asian anything... Bit yeah when K used to live kn paris used to raid chinatown ( more mike asian town) in search of papaya longans jasmin tea seaweed black mushrooms rice paper candied ginger amongst other things 😋😋😋

저는 사골곰탕 사서 주로 떡만두국 해먹는데 북어국으로 만들어도 맛있을거 같아요 계란도 풀어주고ㅎㅎ

아시다시피 콜레스테롤 때문에 저는 계란을 하루 한 개만 먹으려고 노력중입니다. 저도 계란 생각하다가 이미 아침에 한 개 먹었기에 북어만 풀어서 넣었습니다. (봉지 레시피에 북어사골곰탕 메뉴가 있길래 시키는대로 해서 먹었습니다. ㅎㅎ)
