In telugu it's called 'daddojanam'.. Usually Rice and curd are mixed but i mixed millets and curd... In tamper (talimpu in telugu) ginger, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chilli and curry leaves are added .. You can make tamper with oil/ghee
