@Abdul Azeem Bilali thank you ☺️. First of all I don't think you should lower your carb intake. They are fuel for body. I would just suggest you to have good carbs in the form of fruit, veggies. Avoid bread, flour such item as much as possible. Don't restrict your self too much.

How is OMAD diet? can you describe your experience and weight loss through it? prosand cons. Always wanted to know a personal experience of it. Itwould be great if you help me.

@Nida Shareef OMAD is very good for extreme fat loss. I did some research on YouTube first then I decided to get into it . In all respects it suited me . If you'll go on internet you'll find no diet plan. So what I do is is divide my meal into 4 parts. 1 is nuts for fats and proteins. Second is curd for fat and protein plus it helps in digestion. Third is salad like fruit and vegetables for carbs and fiber and it will keep you full. And forth is main meal for protien and carb.

Look if I share my experience it was perfectly suitable for me. Like cooking one time, eating one time so lots of time is saved. I have a very big appetite so I can eat all at once but if your appetite is small you may not be able to consume all. Plus we daily fast for 23 hrs so we can get into autoghagy easily.

@bhanu potturi fasting is good for health I'll suggest you to give it a try. You will feel more energetic and focused in your fasting period. You can start with 18.6 or 20.4 pattern for started if you can't start OMAD directly. You can also Stop it whenever you want. Plus it has no side effects. Only if you have any medical problems then you should avoid.
