i am so worried for my low weight
40 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi, for weight gain consume food including carbohydrates with suger, salt, and fat e.g. cake, cookies, custard, pastry, chips, chocolate, pudding, corn puff ,etc. In which increase your appetite. Also, reduce activity and increase daily intake calories at the same time such as napping after meals. Take 3 high calory meals and 3 large snacks daily. Plus, recommend eating healthy sugary food like date, fruits, and chocolate/sweet nuts and grains. Good luck.

Hey! I have also same weight and my height is 167 cm so i am underweight. Just today i started improvement in my diet. I just want to recommend one thing to you. 4 bananas + 2 tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp honey + 200 ml milk I Just started it from today itself. It has around 500 calories which is more then weight gainers and is has no side effects as weight gainers.
