@jazzzz fatimaa I have been following this practice since May 2020. So I can survive. It saves my lots of time plus I track all my macros.

@sumo996 definitely you should follow what suits you best. You can add sprouts in your diet plus soya chunks for protein as protien is very essential. Plus have daily milk or curd its good for skin.

@anushrisarkar97 what I do is take 100 gm spinach, 100 gm cauliflower, 50 gm Soya chunks, 50 gm saffola masala oats add plenty water with spices and boil for 20 min and done. You can add any vegetable to it.
