@shivangini jodha I can notice slight changes..you have to lift some weight to increase muscle ,If you will perform legs exercise twice a week you will see more results.Aur Haan diet bi Jada lo🙂😊😐

@sulabhnegi can you see this😀, I do leg workouts 4-5 days a week (20-30-40min) Am I doing something wrong?

@shivangini jodha yehi toh mistake Kar ri ho..leg muscle to repair hone Ka time hi Nahi milra..Dekho week me 2 times only and 2 days gap atleast and try to lift heavy tabhi Hoga Kuch..eat simple carbs and protien more..taki thoda fat and glycogen bi store ho.

if you aiming for muscle build.....then it's too early to notice anything...give atleast 8 weeks to 12 weeks to notice the difference..and give 2 days break to train the same muscle group and do with proper intensity 🤘

@sulabh negi it's fine even if you work a muscle group 3 times but it needs 48hrs from the workout itself. If you you are an advanced lifter you can even do full body 5 times a week as your muscles tend to recover faster due to years of experience
