Last week, I ate more than 1500 calories/per day but < 2000 calories/per day and Jesus! I hate how my body feels right now. I feel like I’m choke full of food yet I feel hungry.
77 kg Lost so far: 29 kg.    Still to go: 77 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

stay near maintainance calories, its more stable and beneficial, you feeling like it probably coz you was in lower calories before I guess

@alfyhound Yeah! You’re right. From today, I’ll consume 1500 calories on a daily basis.

maybe you're eating high calorie dense foods. eat more veggies and fruits to stay full. have more protein and fibre in your diet which will keep you full

@chandna63 Yeah! I was consuming calorie dense food items because my diet food bored me too much but I’m coming back on the track. It was a week where I kinda let myself go off.

@advikam All the luck to you for it. Meanwhile, I was eating healthy food but in a little more quantity than the usual so, I just had to control the portions. Unfortunately, I didn’t eat anything( junk ) that I wanted.

@Aryan_kun I’ve been dieting for the longest time without any passionate physical activity. Consumption of healthy food in calories deficit has caused me to loose weight. I reduced my consumption from 5000+ calories to 1500 calories.

hey! how do you cut carbs in your diet because if I reduce carbs then my protein intake is also reduced. can you suggest me some foods high in protein and low in carbs ? p.s- I m vegetarian

@Aryan_kun I’m not a professional but here are some of the food items that I’ve consumed over a period of time to increase my protein intake on a daily basis : Soya chunks, curd, cheese, paneer and egg whites. Considering you’re a vegetarian, you can skip the egg whites. Consumption of such foods may also increase your fat intake. Use the app for recording your daily macros and see if you’re consuming more/less of something and eat accordingly. I hope this helps.
