stuck at 81 kgs since last 3 months 😡🤪

you must be going through a weight loss plateau...where you metabolism decreases resulting into a stop in weight loss process.....

Increase workout or physical activity, that is Calorie burning or further reduce your calorie intake which would be tough.

U n i have similar weight goals I m 87 wanna reach back my lean 74-76. Cant follow u bcoz restrictions on this app. I lost weight fastest with daily light weight full body exercise of chest press, Rows, Squats, shoulder press, deadlift just 5 with 1 set most times. I was loosing like 1 kg per week that fast.

Plan ur food. Apply short duration in food. try food in every 2 hrs. Start some excercise. 7-8 hrs sleep

Thanks everyone..didnt want to go to extreme calorie deficit..1600 to 1800 is optimum, less is also not good i heard but lost around 2.5 kgs..guess what..started walking 100 kms a week.it did the magic.

Thanks Sameer..yes weight training i need to start..gym difficult at the moment. downloaded the app 200 pushups its good. yes now i am walking few minutes with dumbells plus added few dumbell exercise and other body weight exercises to my routine

thanks imukherji..food is my weakness so short duration food is no challenge to me. 🤣. i eat the whole day and night as well but of course keeping the calorie intake between 1600 to 1800. i also celebrated this weight loss by eating pizza, cheese garlic bread, chickem wings and 60 ml of whiskey on my son's bday...didnt feel guilty at all

yes Syed and Bhargavi..i am reaching my plateau and is getting difficult now..very difficult and staying at home, no gym sadly makes it more difficult but happy as long as we are trying..you all great feedback and always inspirational
