Rmariel, I may be only one. I think your pic of the storm is awesome. Rain coming down so hard it looks like sheets of water. Pool overflow not scary to me. Maybe I'm just stupidly not afraid of flash flooding.😏 If I wasn't a care give, I might go chase a storm from safe distance (bucket list). I love storms, -danger of loss to life, likelyhood, property damage. Mother nature at her finest/worse. Just fierce. How are the chickens?

Hope it starts to dry out a bit soon. We're about to get some remnants of a hurricane that hit Mexico over the weekend, but it won't be so dramatic by the time it gets to us. I hope. 

The storm has passed lots of debris very flooded but electricity came back on last night still won't use batteries just in case so going to have a generator by next year hoping I think the garden is gone but we will see have to go help my neighbor she has shingles and trees and branches down everywhere and she is 89 years old so that will be my exercise of the day if the storm is headed towards anyone be safe the winds and rain are incredible
