I’m not sure if this is my actual weight or not but, I’ve been consuming food without giving any care to it. I’ll try to get back on the track.
76 kg Lost so far: 30 kg.    Still to go: 76 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.1 kg a Week

if I am not wrong you lost 30 kgs by diet and your weight is stuck now. my weight is stuck too🥲

@diyabanerjee2007 Yes! I hope I don’t gain back weight because of my consumption these days, I shall start tracking it, again. It’s going to be stuck between 75-76.5, Oof! I hope we both get through this.

@chandna63 I hope so too, my consumption has been a lot more than usual from the past 2 weeks but, I’ll try to get back on track with some physical activities.

It's useless to worry about weight fluctuations in general. It's better to focus on waist measurements and how you look in the mirror more. That's gonna be more ideal. Congratulations on the 30 kg fatloss. That's incredible!
