Same as it was at 12 percent or above. Pretty much exact strong and getting stronger. For you see it all depends on your own performance in the gym and how you gradually become stronger by doing progressive overload in the gym. Body fat percentage should not really matter if we see a good body in the mirror. Some people have abs at 15 percent some at 12, some at less it all depends on their physiology and body structure. If I have to give you advice then just do your thing have a good diet structure, take maximum of 69 gram fat in ur daily intake. Whatever your body weight is take double gram of protien everyday. Keep the ratio everyday like this - carbs, protien,fat. Have your heavy carbs near when you gonna do ur workouts. Other than that Give 200 calories to urself everyday where u can eat anything you like as ur cheat stuff everyday so phycologically you will never think that your loosing any food pleasure. There are no shortcuts, if you follow ur routine then am sure you will achieve your desired body look sooner than later.
