Both Tofu & Cauliflower are my fav. What sauce did you use? Looks scrumptious 🤤

@mattsapu I used the black bean chili (vegan), spicy chili oil and scezchuan peppercorns.

Very nice. I like alot of sauteed garlic for this dish. Makes a difference., if you like garlic. Green onion & cilantro also another fav.

Ginger may also be an option with/without sesame seeds
