chia seeds start Kiya hai aur paratha nhi khare hum iska matlab hua k hmara intermittent fast ho raha hai raat m 8 baje se kuch nhi khane ka to wo hi sidhe dopahar k khane tak pure 15 se 16 ghante kuch bhi nhi khare hum isiliye bahot fast 1 kg weight loss hua
